- Outing / Unauthorized Disclosure: Sharing, screenshotting, or disclosing another member's HIV status, profile details, photos, or private conversations outside the platform without explicit written consent is an egregious violation and will result in permanent ban and potential legal referral under UK privacy and communications law.
- Harassment & Abuse: Any bullying, hate speech, threats, unwanted sexual advances, or derogatory language based on health status, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability, or religion.
- Commercial Solicitation & Spam: Offering unapproved commercial products, pharmaceutical sales, counterfeit medications, or spamming discussion feeds.
4. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at bond@hsvbuddies.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

6. Intellectual Property & User Content
You retain ownership of the content and photographs you upload. By submitting content to public community boards or editorial submissions, you grant HIVSupportUK.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the platform strictly in accordance with your privacy settings.
7. Account Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service or poses a safety risk to other members, with or without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time with complete data purging.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
